Tuesday - Core
Improving your core fitness helps your posture and it's a great way for toning up around your stomach area.

 

Monday and Thursday - Spinning
Spinning is a great workout where you can burn up to 500kcal in one session. Excellent for burning fat and improving cardiovascular fitness. Mainly a lower body workout and core.

Wednesday - Kettlebells
This is an amazing workout with a combination of increasing strength and stripping away fat. Works all your major muscle groups.
